Veggie Smoothie Recipe

Serving : 6 Cups


Ingredients   

  • 5 celery sticks
  • 3 apples
  • Carrots
  • Garlic
  • Grapes
  • Milk


Method


  1. Chop all the ingredients.
  2. Add some milk into blender then add the celery into blender and blendAdd apples garlic and carrots and blend. Add in small quantities to get a smoother blend and not to overload blender.
  3. Serve with ice and enjoy
